I recommend Janelle at the highest possible level. She was the builder’s agent for the home we bought a year and a half ago. I was so impressed with her detailed knowledge of the home, the builder, the area and the market, construction, the competition, and the local issues. She had a depth and breadth of knowledge that was uncommon—she obviously studied and worked to master everything. But even more impressive than that was her perception and insight into the unique “fit” issues for us and any home we might look at. It was so surprising and refreshing to encounter her genuine concern that we find and buy the best house for us, whether it was from her or someone else.
